Samsung has come with a new phone Samsung instinct HD and by this they have made an attempt to please its disappointed customers from its last venture. This phone has everything what was missing in Samsungs last phone. The key change is the introduction of wi-fi which was the biggest drawback of Samsungs last attempt to make a decent phone. Samsung instinct HD has a 5 mega pixel camera and a sleeker design as well and this will be appreciated by lot of disappointed customers of Samsung. Samsung instinct HD is 4.6 inch long and 2.3 inch wide with the thickness of 0.5 inch. This composition is not different from Samsungs few previous phones especially S30.
The basic requirement of a phone is to have impeccable sound quality of call which is the basic function a phone and Samsung instinct HD excels in the clarity with call sound quality. As mentioned the camera is 5 mega pixels, this means one may expect good quality pictures from Samsung instinct HD. The camera of the phone is a versatile in nature and provides nice quality pictures in different conditions sunset, portrait, actions shots, etc. this upgrade in Samsung instinct HD is a note worthy upgrade and will be welcomed with open arms by prospective consumers. The body feels good on hand when hold but for long calls it is uncomfortable.
The applications are divided into four parts for ease in using them and this move actually makes it easy to operate. The browsing speed has also been worked on by the Samsung in Samsung instinct HD. The display has not been changed drastically from the previous phone and hence not that commendable. The touch screen is fairly responsive and good to operate but operation the on screen key board is a bit painful and disappointing as well. Sometimes the interface also slows down for unknown reason.
Considering all the phone features one can say it is a very good upgrade from the previous one. This does not mean that Samsung instinct HD is flawless it has its own significant drawback and needs improvement. The rating of the phone can be said to be above average but not excellent phone. On score of five this phone manages to get a three and a half rating which is acceptable for Samsung instinct HD.

Nokia N97 mini the name itself says it’s a smaller version of N97 Phones. The Nokia N97 mini has been launched recently, the reason to buy N97 mini is that the first Nokia N97 was appreciated a lot by the users and the only apparent drawback of the product was its size hence the expected launch of Nokia N97 mini. Nokia N97 mini is not only smaller in size but is surprisingly priced less as well. This should give the consumer who likes Nokia phones a lot of happiness. Well one thing Nokia Phone has done correctly with this phone is that they have named it correctly if nothing else. If a rating has to be given from 5 points it may receive 4 points because of its price and sleek look.

Palm preWhen the touch screen phones started palm was the company which exploited most, but now palm pre has come at a time when the company is in grave danger, thanks to its competitors like iphone, HTC, Sony etc. Palm pre is considered by many as the company’s last attempt to bounce back in market and make its presence felt. This article will evaluate different features of palm pre and express a general opinion on the phone. The main aim of this review is to highlight both the good and bad points about palm pre to help a consumer take a decision on buying the phone. The various features which this piece of paper intends to discuss are palms pres screen, key pad, body, camera quality, music and videos.
Let us start with the screen, the good points of the screen. The multi touch interface is one of the best any company has to offer it is smaller then its competitors but has a very fine edge over the competitors which can only be noted when palm pre is use along side its competitors. In spite of body and key pad drawbacks one impressive feature of the palm pre is that of sliding of the screen with the thumb and it works brilliantly. The battery life is decent as well which lasts almost the whole day. The camera is 3mega pixels and is as good as its competitors, in sun light works nicely but as sun sets the quality of the camera sets with the sun, over all a decent camera. The quality of music and video are more then decent and are of very good quality and plays several types of file even iTunes which makes it really a handy device for music and video both. The applications also work very well at steady pace and facebook and general internet is also nice in accessing.
The final word on palm pre can be that the hardware of the phone is not good but the software compensate for the external body. It can also be said that the body is its cover like a book and as its said never judge the book by its cover, cover is of least importance the content inside is meaningful. This goes till an extent with the palm pre but unfortunately for palm pre it is a phone and not a book hence cover (body) also plays a key role in overall quality till certain extent. Over all if to be rated from five one can rate the palm pre at three and a half. There is extra half point given to it by me and that is for the efforts of palm in the software and amazing screen.

Like every coin iphone also has a flip side. There are few owners facing problem with the iphone 3GS. The problems are overheating of the handset; battery life has also been found to be less then expected by the consumer. Apart from these to issues there are no major drawbacks of latest iphone 3GS and it is must buy for all who wants to experience next generation speed in phones.
